  Kristian was our server and was very professional. She got me salsa and sour cream for my egg white omelette. She made sure my friend's vegetarian meal was not contaminated with meat products. The coffee pot was always full of coffee. The food was delicious. We both had finished yoga that day and were looking forward to Ihop. Despite the negative reviews, IHOP was a wonderful experience, and Kristian made it an enjoyable experience too.

  Our waitress, Janet, was amazing!  She was attentive and polite. I appreciated her enthusiasm of our attendance.   But, when it came time to check out, we were unaware of the check out process and immediately went to the front to the store to complete our dining experience, where we were met with a female-type person who obviously thought we were trying to ditch the meal when in fact, we were looking for the register...with wallet in hand!  The audacity of this person to "assume" such a thing is the reason why we will not come back. We will miss Janet's hospitality, tho

  IHOP isn't the spot I would write home about on amazing breakfast.  The menu has a lot of variety and I give them credit for that. However, if your name stands for international house of pancakes and they taste like garbage......fix it.   They could do much better.  
  
  I rather get Chickfila fast food for breakfast personally. If you're looking for a great breakfast, search elsewhere. I'm sure you could spend the same amount for way better quality.
  
  The service was great. Our waitress was super kind and prompt.  The food just does not cut it for me.

  Worst place to eat at in Clarksville! Anytime I have eaten at ihop it's the same issue. Either they forget about us and don't put our order in, or the wait time for food is unacceptable! We are talking 40mins-1hour wait time. This time there were small curly hairs in my food, the eggs were hard, it was a pain to order, the table had syrup on it. Horrible experience. After giving this place chance after chance I'm call it quits! I will never eat at a IHOP in Clarksville again! Save your money the reviews should tell you something! This place is always dirty!!!

  My husband and I came to breakfast and were simply amazing at how terrible our service was. Our waitress's uniform was DISGUSTING, covered in stains. When she came to our table I watched the orange juice I ordered spill on her shirt until she made it to the table. And when she made it to the table she threw the straws down. Extremely unprofessional to say the least. When my husband asked to have another waitress, we were told we'd have to wait. I ordered the strawberry banana French toast and my food was cold. There was food on the bench my husband sat on. All in all it was probably the WORST experience we've had at IHOP. Take pride in your appearance when serving food, and keep a clean establishment .
